Iran President Accuses US Of 'Fanning Flames Of Violence' In Ukraine

United Nations:

Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi on Tuesday accused the US of worsening the Ukraine warfare however insisted that Tehran — which has offered drones to Russia — would again a peace settlement.

“The USA of America has fanned the flames of violence in Ukraine with a purpose to weaken the European international locations. It is a long-term plan, sadly,” he informed the United Nations Basic Meeting.

Iran has tense relations with the US which has imposed new sanctions on the cleric-run state for promoting the killer drones to Moscow.

However Raisi insisted on the neutrality of Iran, which has largely abstained from resolutions on the Ukraine warfare.

“We assist any initiative for a cessation of hostilities and the warfare,” Raisi mentioned.
