Mumbai is at 4th place amongst 46 cities globally when it comes to value rise of luxurious residential properties, in line with Knight Frank.
Actual property marketing consultant Knight Frank India on Wednesday launched ‘Prime World Cities Index Q3 2023’ and mentioned Mumbai, Bengaluru and New Delhi recorded a rise in common annual costs of prime residential or luxurious houses within the July-September interval.
“Mumbai recorded the 4th highest year-on-year progress in prime residential costs in Q3 2023. The 6.5 per cent improve in prime residential costs has moved the town up by 18 locations from twenty second rank in Q3 2022,” Knight Frank mentioned.
